Select Network and Internet Connections

Click the Set up or change your Internet connection icon

From the Connections tab, select the Setup button

Click Next

Select Connect to the Internet, then click Next

Select Set up my connection manually, then click Next

Select Connect using a dial-up modem, then click Next

In the ISP Name box, enter "Maine Internet Service" to identify your connection,
then click Next.

In the Phone number box, type in your local access number and click Next

In the User name box, enter your login name with the network extension; provided by Maine Internet Service, it will appear something like "loginname@c-dial.us".

In the Password box, enter your Password.

Check the box to Make this the default Internet connection.

Click Next.

Check the box to Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop. Select the Finish button.
